Lorien is looking for a talented Retail Planning Assistant to help drive business growth through effective merchandise planning and inventory management.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: London

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for assessing Global Replenishment forecasts and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy.

About the Role:

  1. You will maintain the Global board line cards for Replenishment items and ensure adherence to the Replenishment monthly critical path.
  2. You will collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in Replenishment products.
  3. You will evaluate trading with Regional teams to assess in-season management decisions and potential inventory rebalances across regions.
  4. You will prepare insightful commercial analyses to highlight missed opportunities and hindsight for future collection guidance/development particularly with respect for regional ranging.
  5. You will coordinate regular free stock drops to optimize replenishment inventory.
  6. You will forecast and plan Replenishment margin for input into Seasonal Plans.
  7. You will allocate stock for SPI products to Regional Hubs to maintain key target stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
