Role Overview: Building Health Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Building Health Inspector to join our team at TSA Surveying in Lincoln. As a Building Health Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of occupants in various social housing properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess the condition of the properties using a tablet and identify potential health and safety risks. This will involve evaluating the remaining lifespan of key components, assessing the exterior condition of the properties, and applying the HHSRS system to identify hazards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stock condition surveying or related fields and familiarity with the HHSRS system. You should also possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently using technology.
