We are seeking a skilled professional to provide health surveillance support in our Occupational Health team at our Lincolnshire manufacturing site.

About the Role:

">
  • Provide health surveillance support, including audiometry, spirometry, skin surveillance, and medicals for FLT Drivers & Engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records of health surveillance data.
  • Prepare for audits and HSE visits, including building a good understanding of audit standards and key requirements.
  • Ensure medical supplies are always available for health surveillance, including equipment calibration and maintenance within specifications.
  • Oversee invoicing and raising POs within the Occupational Health Department.

Requirements:

">
  • A relevant qualification in occupational health or a related field.
  • Experience in health surveillance support, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Packages, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
