Job Overview

Mental Health Support Worker Position Available in Lincoln.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker, providing one-to-one support to an individual with a diagnosis of Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and Sensory Processing Disorder.

About the Role

  • To provide 24-hour support to the individual, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on building trust, empathy, and understanding.
  • To maintain accurate records of the individual's progress, celebrating successes and addressing challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, particularly EUPD and sensory processing disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology.
