Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our team in West London and surrounding areas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing bedroom installations within your designated geographical area on a contract-by-contract basis.

The successful candidate will report directly to the National Installations Manager and be responsible for recruiting and managing professional installers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, health and safety, and delivering projects on time and on budget. You will be target-driven and motivated, with a proven track record of achieving installation targets and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and driven attitude. You will need to be self-motivated, with strong planning and organisational skills, and able to work remotely while still motivating and managing installers. A hands-on approach to resolving customer issues will also be essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car and employee discount. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a bonus scheme available based on performance. We require 2 years' experience in carpentry or a related trade, with a DBS check required for all applicants.

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in carpentry or a related trade
