About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Caterham Dene Community Hospital.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed minor injuries, taking a full history and examination, requesting investigations, interpreting results, diagnosing, and planning treatment.

You will work autonomously as part of a team of experienced practitioners, supported by a practice development practitioner who will support your professional development.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing independent specialist advice and clinical expertise
  • Acting as a first-contact physiotherapist and making decisions about the best course of action for patients' care
  • Seeing patients without prior contact with their GP to establish a clinical impression and management plan

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a team
  • Knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches for the management of complex musculoskeletal conditions
  • Excellent knowledge in Musculoskeletal conditions
