About the Role:
This Repairs and Maintenance Technical Specialist position requires a proactive and organized individual to carry out comprehensive technical inspections of Council-owned properties, quantify repairs, and provide accurate measurements. The postholder will also be responsible for inspecting work carried out by contractors and ensuring that all works are completed on target and within specification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for success in this role, as the postholder will need to liaise regularly with staff, tenants, and external agencies.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
