Fleet Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as Fleet Manager at Coburg Banks Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the fleet strategy, aligning with our company's overall vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure fleet compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and governmental legislation.
- Procure lease contracts, including whole life cycle costings and return of fleet vehicles.
- Oversee effective service and maintenance, ensuring a safe and cost-effective fleet operation.
- Drive fleet development through investment ideas, producing business cases to identify cost reductions and opportunities for growth.
As Fleet Manager, you will report to and work closely with the Supply Chain Director. You will have extensive experience managing a fleet of over 750 leased vehicles, across multiple depot and office locations, and for both commercial vehicle and company car drivers. Additionally, you will have experience in procuring and managing vehicle insurance policies, as well as strong analytical, numerical, and planning skills.
