Flight Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned aviation professional looking for a challenging role that combines flight operations management with reserve service? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement flight plans to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Provide expert advice on flight safety and risk management
- Supervise and mentor a team of Flight Operations Assistants
- Previous military experience in Flight Operations, with a minimum rank of SNCO
- UK citizenship or dual UK/other nationality
- Commitment to 27 days per year for a minimum of 12 years
As a Reserve member of the Royal Air Force, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. This includes basic training, specialist training in your field, and ongoing development opportunities to support your career progression.
