Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Rainham. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional personal care services, including assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and promoting overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personalized support and companionship to clients
- Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
- Performing light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Right to work in the UK
- Fully qualified driver with access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Paid mileage at 35p per mile
- Early pay app request up to 50% of pay in advance
- Earn up to £100 for referring a friend

- Annual pay reviews based on cost of living
£21,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
