Companion and Support Care Professional

We are seeking a Companion and Support Care Professional to work in the Rainham area. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives and support them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
As a Companion and Support Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and companionship to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and promoting overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personalized support and companionship to clients
- Assisting with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
- Performing light housekeeping duties and grocery shopping
- Right to work in the UK
- Fully qualified driver with access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Paid mileage at 35p per mile
- Early pay app request up to 50% of pay in advance
- Earn up to £100 for referring a friend

- Annual pay reviews based on cost of living
£22,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
