About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Care Companion, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and shopping.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements



  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
