">Job Role">We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
">Main Responsibilities">- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as account management and loan applications
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
