Sales Team Leader Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team based in Sidcup. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving key accounts within a designated market and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and chase orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to anticipate their needs and predict revenue levels.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets. This role offers an estimated salary of £41,500 per annum, depending on experience.
