Adult Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Christchurch, Dorset. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nurses to deliver person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard, respecting the dignity of residents and promoting independence.
- Administer medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Complete and maintain resident care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits when necessary.
- A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating.
- Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments.
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
- An excellent salary up to £45,000 per annum.
