Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Carer to join our team at Cardea Healthcare. As a Home Carer, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with light domestic tasks and household duties
  • Care for pets
  • Work towards agreed outcomes for the service user
Personal Care Responsibilities
  1. Wash, bathe, shower, and provide oral care for clients
  2. Use moving and handling equipment (after training) to assist clients who are unable to mobilise on their own
  3. Work closely with other healthcare professionals
  4. Assist clients with their nighttime routine
Requirements
  • At least 6 months care experience
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle (ideally)
  • An up-to-date DBS
  • A full UK driver's licence
