About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of our Social Work and Occupational Therapy Degree Apprenticeships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of apprentices, and ensuring the smooth operation of the programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and promote programme initiatives and resources, maintaining accurate records and databases as needed.
  • Coordinate placement panels and workshops, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes, collaborating with teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support apprentices in achieving their goals, providing guidance and resources as required.
  • Work with the Apprenticeship Coordinator to recruit and onboard social work and occupational therapy degree apprentices.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification (minimum NVQ 3 or equivalent) or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Proven administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others, demonstrating good initiative and judgment.
