Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our client's multisite manufacturing business in the UK.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing new payroll systems and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage payroll for two legal entities across 7 locations, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  2. Resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
  3. Prepare HMRC-related payroll reports, including RTI uploads, P11D, and PSA calculations.
  4. Manage payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
  5. Provide payroll-related data as required by senior management.
  6. Lead the implementation of a new payroll system across all 10 sites.
Requirements

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  1. Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees.
  2. Experience in implementing a new payroll system.
