Key Responsibilities
• Run payroll for two legal entities (7 locations), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Resolve payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
• Prepare HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations).
• Ensure compliance with HMRC.
• Manage payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
• Provide payroll-related data as required by senior management.
Day-to-Day Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of implementing a new payroll system across all 10 sites, working closely with the FD and FBP.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees. Familiarity with Open People and/or DayForce is beneficial but not essential.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year, bonus scheme worth up to 4.5%, hybrid working, and an inclusive and supportive company culture. Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company are also available.
