We are recruiting for a Support Assistant to join our team in Lancashire. This part-time role involves working 18 hours per week, with shifts taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. As a Support Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to older adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and companionship to older adults, promoting their mental well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support individuals with dementia, creating a safe and stimulating environment.
- A salary of £24,027 - £24,404 per annum, pro rata, reflecting the demands of this role.
