Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Blackpool and surrounding areas. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing complex care and support in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Prompting and administering medication as required.
- Assisting with meal preparation and daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as necessary.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care interventions.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Estimated Salary: £12.36 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate).
