Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Care Support Worker to join our team in supporting a client in Thornton. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of care, promoting independence, and improving the overall well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, adhering to their individual care plans and goals.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement effective care strategies that meet each client's evolving needs.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment by following established protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of paid care experience in the UK.
- The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
- A caring and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with tracheostomy patients is advantageous but not essential.
