Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Lancashire. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults, supporting them to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role

This part-time role involves working 18 hours per week, with shifts taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. You will be required to work between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to older adults, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with dementia, promoting their independence and well-being.
