We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Routes Healthcare (North).
About Us

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care and an ability to promote these values in practice.
- An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, families, and colleagues.
