Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (KS1)

This is a full-time teaching assistant position for a KS1 educational setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional help.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with their academic work and provide individualised help when needed.
  2. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working within a KS1 educational setting.
  2. A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and educational practices.

The salary for this role is £27,649 - £32,903 per annum. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in education.
