We're a busy pub serving great food every day and have a lively bar serving locals and visitors alike.

What We Look For:
We're looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP who considers themselves a natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion excellent service through quality food.
- Lead and develop a team.
- Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
- Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.
- Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new seasonal dishes.
- Plan and organise effectively to maintain controls with regard to GP and labour.
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
