Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Academy Welfare Officer to provide support and guidance to our students and staff. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with external agencies to ensure the well-being and safety of our students.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies. You will also be required to attend case conferences and contribute to the development of strategies to support students with special educational needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
