We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker to join our dedicated team of carers. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and local communities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer goals and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care setting (desirable)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Paid mileage at 45p per mile
