About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at CAMHS Professionals. As a Speech and Language Therapist for Complex Needs, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and young people with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure pupils' needs are met
  • Assess pupils, record, and review their progress
  • Develop and deliver intervention plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide regular updates to parents on pupils' development and progress
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and growth of our students

Requirements:

  • Recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree
  • Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
  • Registered member of RCSLT
  • Previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Developmental Trauma
  • Excellent report writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to work independently
