We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Executive to cover the Northwest region, representing a leading brand in material handling solutions. As part of our growth strategy, this exciting opportunity offers a broad portfolio of equipment for purchase or rental.

The successful candidate will proactively develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through focused prospecting, negotiating contracts effectively, and closing sales deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with clients to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent a world-leading brand like Mitsubishi and offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline, plan strategically, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn, engage in self-study, and continuously improve performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 base and uncapped earning potential through a varied commission structure.
