Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Barnsley as a Branch Lister. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients and instructions
  • Building strong relationships with clients and customers through face-to-face and phone interactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Senior Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A Full UK driving licence and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
