About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team in Barnsley as a Sales Progressor. This is a rare opportunity to join our top-performing office, which is part of the Connells Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors, solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors, and other estate agents in the chain.
- Ensure that sellers and buyers are kept fully updated throughout the process.
- Be the final point of contact and responsible for handing over keys to new home owners.

Requirements:
- An experienced Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or Conveyancer.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- A Full UK driving license.
