Lister and Sales Negotiator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team as a Branch Lister in our residential sales department in Barnsley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing and marketing properties to attract new clients
- Building relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face and phone interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career advancement
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving license holder
