The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve targets and goals set for the production and completion of summary packs and other services requested by clients.
  • Client Liaison: Confidently deal with clients and customers when arranging estate agent and other property professionals' visits.
  • Problem-Solving: Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and professional manner.
  • IT System Maintenance: Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.
  • Service Standards: Ensure at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and service levels that our clients expect on a client-specific basis.
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third-party services including RICS valuations, contractor and other reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Workload Management: Able to manage own workload but as part of a team and complete required actions through the effective use of our bespoke operating platform SAMS.
  • Communication: Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.
  • Policy Knowledge: Studying and reviewing all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current and you have completed tests within time frames set.
  • Appraisal Process: Contributing to the 1-1 appraisal process and providing supporting evidence.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participating in ad-hoc projects as and when required by your colleagues and management team.
  • Work Prioritization: Prioritizing work, chasing agents and other stakeholders to ensure all reports, paperwork and other actions are completed in line with Service Level Agreements.
