Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Specialist

Are you motivated by converting event sales bookings?
De Vere Beaumont Estate, one of the largest hotel event venues in the UK, has an exciting opportunity for a Meetings and Events Sales Conversion Executive to join the team in Old Windsor.
This is an onsite office position working 5 days per week.
As the Meetings & Events Sales Conversion Executive, you will review all enquiries that were either denied by the hotel or booker with the aim to create new bespoke proposals and proactively convert them into future bookings.
Through speaking to clients, arranging site visits or conducting virtual tours, you will proactively convert key event business of all sizes with possible revenues of up to £1 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and convert event sales enquiries into future bookings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase event sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Utilize IT software to manage event sales and bookings
Requirements:
- Experience working in events sales or planning in a hotel or venue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT software, preferably Opera
