Senior HR Advisor Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice on employment law and policy matters, contribute to policy writing, and offer guidance on stakeholder management.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 qualification or a legal qualification, with a minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Experience in stakeholder management and policy writing is also essential. Legal experience is beneficial but not essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on legal issues and policies related to employment law.
* Contribute to policy writing and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Offer guidance on the implementation of employment law across the organisation.

Benefits and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of £37,500 per year based on an hourly rate of £28.73 and a 35-hour workweek. The company offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, quarterly travel opportunities, and opportunities for professional development.
