About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in embedded software or electronics recruitment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure top-tier professionals for our prestigious clients as well as build your own new client base. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, foster relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to the agency's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and company culture.
  • Identify and secure new clients to build long-lasting business relationships.
  • SOURCE, SCREEN, AND INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR VARIOUS EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ROLES, ENSURING A HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent within the embedded software domain.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on embedded software or related technology sectors.
  • Experience working on a remote basis, and a strong history of billing.
  • Strong understanding of embedded software technologies, tools, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
  • Up to £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
  • 25% commission on all billings (no threshold).
  • 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
