About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to join our team at National Care Group. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support services for our residents.

Key responsibilities include devising, implementing, and reviewing support and risk management plans, performing quality-based audits, and contributing to management meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring the secure and up-to-date records of individuals we support, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

About You:

  • You will have extensive experience working with individuals with complex needs, such as Autism, Mental Health, and challenging behavior.
  • You will be an established Service Manager or have equivalent experience, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality and governance.
  • You will have achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, although a Level 4 or 5 qualification is advantageous.
