About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Professional to join our team at NHS Sussex ICB. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about providing high-quality services to people in Sussex.

The successful candidate will be working in close partnership with Local Authorities, NHS Colleagues, and private sector care providers to support some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing a full administration service to the AACC Team from initial referral and throughout the procurement and placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop relationships with Care Providers and establish appropriate placements and packages of care to achieve the most effective patient outcomes and ensure financial reconciliation.
  • To work with AACC Practitioners, Case Managers, and Social Workers, Local Authority, and external providers to help source, negotiate and advise on the most appropriate type of service for service users based on clinical need, outcome, cost, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Good General Education including GCSE English & Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
  • Education to NVQ Level 3 Administration or equivalent level of education or evidence of experience equivalent to level of qualification.
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel
