Professional Event Coordinator

Zest4Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of an Events Administrator in the medical industry. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £25-35k, depending on experience.
The company organizes over 30 specialist events annually, attracting more than 9,000 healthcare professionals. As an Events Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling member inquiries and correspondence efficiently
- Vetting event attendees' qualifications and training requirements
- Liaising with members to address delegate queries and ensure seamless event arrangements
- Coordinating transportation and accommodation for delegates and staff
- Preparing and distributing event information, including producing delegate badges
- Fostering collaboration with internal teams to guarantee event success
- Producing reports, maintaining filing systems, and performing general office administration tasks
To excel in this role, ideal candidates should possess a graduate-level education or equivalent. Multitasking skills are essential, as you may handle multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in events administration or a strong foundation in event planning is desirable.
