Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill a temporary administrative role at Austin Fraser. As an Administrator/Data Entry Part time, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines are essential.
In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £13 per hour. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Booking venues
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update client databases
- Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
