We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our administration team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints, faults, or missing items in a prompt and professional manner
* Request and upload images to verify returns, ensuring customers are updated promptly
* Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and close complaints efficiently
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, rising to £25,480 per annum after a successful 3-month probation
* Full-time, permanent position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule
* 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
