Disability Support Coordinator

Service Care Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Support Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of disability-related support services within the Inclusive Support Coordination Team.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized Support Services Coordinator to assist in coordinating internal and external non-medical helper services, including managing support schedules and liaising with providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support schedules and coordinate internal and external services
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UCLan financial regulations
- Be the first point of contact for Student Wellbeing Ambassadors, BSL interpreters, and support workers
- Coordinate support for disabled students, including processing referrals and monitoring interim support arrangements
- Support recruitment, training, and induction for Student Wellbeing Ambassadors and ensure accurate rostering and timetable planning
We operate nationwide working with both public and private domains. All compliance is paid for, including DBS and Social Work registration. A bring your job to us bonus of £250 and refer a friend bonus of £250 are also available.
