About the Job

As a key member of Ocado's Reward team, you will play a crucial role in administering company pension and benefits schemes across the UK and Asia Pacific.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of benefits and pensions administration, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with external vendors and building positive working relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pension & Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of company pension and benefits schemes across the UK and Asia Pacific.
  • Health & Risk Programmes: Provide support for updates and changes to Health and Risk programmes in both regions.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of escalation for employee benefits queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Payroll, Communications, and Health & Wellbeing teams, as well as participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems and streamline global processes.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, evaluate their suitability for Ocado, and provide relevant data and insights as required.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce ad hoc reports and analyse data to monitor and improve benefits uptake.
