About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to shape and manage our benefits and pensions offerings. As a key member of Ocado's Reward team, you will play a crucial role in administering company pension and benefits schemes across the UK and Asia Pacific.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of benefits and pensions administration, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with external vendors and building positive working relationships. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Pension & Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of company pension and benefits schemes across the UK and Asia Pacific.
- Health & Risk Programmes: Provide support for updates and changes to Health and Risk programmes in both regions.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of escalation for employee benefits queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Payroll, Communications, and Health & Wellbeing teams, as well as participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance systems and streamline global processes.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, evaluate their suitability for Ocado, and provide relevant data and insights as required.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce ad hoc reports and analyse data to monitor and improve benefits uptake.

- A salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
