Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our client base across Europe and the UK.
This role requires a proactive approach to business development, sales, marketing, and networking to attract new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic partnerships through targeted outreach and engagement
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and their recruitment needs
- Utilizing business development and sales techniques to attract new business opportunities
- Nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
