An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered RN adult nurse to join our dynamic team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with neurological diagnoses.
About the RoleAs a Staff Nurse on our rehabilitation unit, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working closely together to provide a coordinated service that supports the timely discharge of patients.
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, promoting the rehabilitation agenda, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with neurological diagnoses
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualised care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff

Person Specification- First-level registration as a Registered Nurse
