About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the rehabilitation of patients with neurological diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to patients with neurological diagnoses
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centred outcomes
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote patient independence and rehabilitation
- Supervise and support junior staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in education and training to maintain and develop clinical skills
