About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with neurological diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic care to patients, working closely with the multi-professional team to achieve timely discharge.
- Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the latest research and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with the therapy teams to enhance patient outcomes and promote independence.
Requirements
- First-level registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and NMC registration.
- Experience of working on own and as part of a team, with ability to supervise and support junior staff.
- Evidence of teaching and assessing skills/ability.
