Senior Practitioner/AMHP Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced social worker to provide social work leadership in our community mental health team. As a Senior Practitioner/AMHP, you will promote the significant contribution that mental health social work makes to the delivery of mental health care.
You will work closely with service users with serious and enduring mental illness, who may also have substance misuse problems, Autism, Asperger's or mild to moderate Learning Disability. You will have a focus on social inclusion and recovery, helping people to live as independently as possible.
About the Team
You will join our Multi-Disciplinary Team alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and STR workers. We are a people-centered and values-based organization that promotes a positive permission culture.
