**About us**

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner based in the Adult Safeguarding Hub. We are looking for a manager to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.

**About the Role**

As a Senior Practitioner you will provide expertise to your team and be able demonstrate leadership and management in all aspects of social work, including performance improvement, workforce development and quality. As a senior practitioner, you will take the initiative, actively listen to what matters, positively engage and build trust.

- Recognised registered professional qualification in Health or Social Care
- Evidence of continued professional, managerial and personal development acquired through degree/diploma, specialist training, and/or equivalent
- Post graduate diploma or equivalent experience
